Sise extraviara o se destruyera, o por cualquier motivo queda deteriorado de tal manera que no fuera posible identificarlo o no es presentado físicamente a la Lotería, lo perderá aunque el poseedor aunque resulte premiado. El derecho a percibir los premios caducará al año de verificarse los Sorteos correspondientes". Artículo 31, Decreto de Gabinete N°224 de 1969.
